Patient Services

VIP SERVICE
Dr. Stanley’s VIP practice gives him the ability to spend more time addressing your needs.  All members are provided with his email address and cell phone to contact him directly, making him available to his patients twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.  As a member you have guaranteed same day or next business day appointments for emergencies.  All appointments are thirty minutes, annual physicals sixty minutes, and new patient history and physicals ninety minutes allowing time for all issues to be discussed as needed.  Dr. Stanley believes that taking the time to listen and educate his patients is crucial in providing the best quality of care.

THE CARE
Dr. Stanley’s goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and relaxing environment with approachable and friendly staff. He and his staff accomplish this by staying up to date with new developments in evidence-based medicine, maintaining open lines of communication, and by taking time to truly understand you and your unique health needs. 

COMMUNICATION IS KEY
Healthy communication is the key to building a trusting relationship. Creating a conversation where you and Dr. Stanley talk together about your health and explore options so you are more informed and can make better educated decisions is his desire. The quality of your time together is always improved when you bring the following information with you:

WHAT TO BRING
To help ensure we always provide you with the best service, you should bring the following:

  • Insurance cards
  • Contact information, including e-mail address(es), cell phone number(s), any alternative phone numbers and  primary home phone.
  • Any questions about current medical conditions
  • List of current medications (so Dr. Stanley and his staff remain current on your prescriptions and to avoid duplications).
  • Pharmacy name, location, and contact information you want to use.

NEW PATIENTS
Every new patient receives a “New Patient” packet. This packet goes over medical history, medications, family history, job history (which can provide insights into certain exposures that can predispose to diseases), and most importantly, questions that may have not been answered with previous physicians.

STAFF

  1. Medical Assistant:  Natasha Harris has been in the medical field for more than 15 years and has been with Dr. Stanley for ~10 years..  She prides herself in being thorough, efficient, and providing the finest care possible. 
  2. Receptionist/Front Office:  Kristen Quezada was first with Dr. Stanley when he transitioned to a solo career.  She has been in the medical field for over 10 years involved in all aspects of internal medicine but specializing in patient services and office management.
